   我公司新研制的一种新型爬壁式船舶除锈、喷漆多功能机器人,由履带行走机构、除锈机构、粉尘收集机构、喷漆机构等构成。行走机构采用电永磁式吸附式履带,可稳定牢固地吸附于钢制船舶或储油罐的侧面、底面,还通过一个铰链可以实时改变履带与壁面的贴合角度,能够适应多种曲面壁面。设备可以遥控操作完成除锈、清理、喷漆等工作。工作腔采用负压,使清理掉的碎屑一点也不外泄,全部进入收集仓,达到环保要求。和传统除锈工作方式相比效率大大提高,每小时除锈作业可达300-600平方米。

Our company has newly developed a new type of wall climbing multifunctional robot for ship rust removal and painting, which consists of a track walking mechanism, rust removal mechanism, dust collection mechanism, painting mechanism, etc. The walking mechanism adopts an electric permanent magnet adsorption type track, which can stably and firmly adsorb on the side and bottom of steel ships or oil storage tanks. It can also change the real-time adhesion angle between the track and the wall through a hinge, and can adapt to various curved wall surfaces. The equipment can be remotely operated to complete tasks such as rust removal, cleaning, and painting. The working chamber adopts negative pressure, so that the cleaned debris does not leak at all and enters the collection bin, meeting environmental protection requirements. Compared with traditional rust removal methods, the efficiency is greatly improved, and the rust removal operation can reach 300-600 square meters per hour.
