我公司新研制的一种升降式船舶自动除锈、喷漆机器人，由底面行走机构、自动升降臂、除锈机构、粉尘收集机构、喷漆机构等构成。行走机构采用轮式或橡胶履带式，行走平稳、灵活。设备可以遥控操作完成除锈、清理、喷漆等工作，改善了工作人员的工作环境。工作腔采用负压，使清理掉的碎屑一点也不外泄，全部进入收集仓，达到环保要求。和传统除锈工作方式相比效率大大提高，每小时除锈作业可达600-1200平方米。

Our company has newly developed a lifting type automatic rust removal and painting robot for ships, which consists of a bottom walking mechanism, an automatic lifting arm, a rust removal mechanism, a dust collection mechanism, and a painting mechanism. The walking mechanism adopts a wheel or rubber track type, ensuring smooth and flexible walking. The equipment can be remotely operated to complete tasks such as rust removal, cleaning, and painting, improving the working environment for workers. The working chamber adopts negative pressure, so that the cleaned debris does not leak at all and enters the collection bin, meeting environmental protection requirements. Compared with traditional rust removal methods, the efficiency is greatly improved, and the rust removal operation can reach 600-1200 square meters per hour.
