矿用液压支护

我们公司生产矿用液压支架专用液压缸参数范围：缸径200-320mm，行程800-1500毫米，承受最大压强31.5MPa，单只液压缸支撑力1000-2600KN

液压缸缸筒和活塞杆都选用优质钢材27SiMn和40Cr经调质热处理，抗拉强度可达1080MPa，更适应寒冷地区。内孔经过粗镗、精镗和珩磨加工，粗糙度达到0.04微米以下，提高了液压缸内部油封的密封效果和支撑环的耐磨性。活塞杆经过车削加工、表面淬火、磨削加工、电镀等加工，标准产品好的质量。

支护结构件采用Mn16高锰钢板，经激光下料、折弯、组对、焊接等工艺制造而成，支护强度好，经久耐用，用于综采面支护作业及收缩后移动都非常方便快捷。

Mining hydraulic support

Our company produces hydraulic cylinders specifically for mining hydraulic supports. The parameter range is cylinder diameter 200-320mm, stroke 800-1500mm, maximum pressure capacity of 31.5MPa, and single hydraulic cylinder support force of 1000-2600KN

The hydraulic cylinder barrel and piston rod are made of high-quality steel 27SiMn and 40Cr, which have undergone quenching and tempering heat treatment. The tensile strength can reach 1080 MPa, making them more suitable for cold regions. The inner hole is processed through rough boring, fine boring, and honing, with a roughness of less than 0.04 microns, which improves the sealing effect of the hydraulic cylinder's internal oil seal and the wear resistance of the support ring. The piston rod undergoes machining processes such as turning, surface quenching, grinding, electroplating, etc., resulting in high-quality standard products.

The supporting structural components are made of Mn16 high manganese steel plate, which is manufactured through laser cutting, bending, assembly, welding and other processes. The supporting strength is good and durable, and it is very convenient and fast for supporting operations in fully mechanized mining faces and for moving after shrinkage.
