   液压油缸的从选择材料到加工做个简单的介绍：液压油缸缸筒采用高强度合金钢材27siMn，经调质处理，洛氏硬度在HRC32-36之间，布氏硬度在HB301-340之间，抗拉强度980MPa。油缸缸筒内壁经镗孔滚压或珩磨，表面粗糙度小于0.04微米，达到镜面效果，保证了与液压油封之间密切贴合，达到良好的密封效果，同时活塞运动中摩擦系数也非常小，延长了液压油缸整体的使用寿命。活塞杆采用45号钢或40Cr钢，调质处理，洛氏硬度在HRC34-38之间，布氏硬度在HB320-360之间，抗拉强度980MPa。保证活塞杆有足够的强度。活塞杆表面经过粗车、精车、磨削、表面淬火、电镀硬铬、抛光等多道工序加工。表面粗糙度也达到镜面效果，保证良好的密封效果。活塞杆经表面淬火加电镀硬铬后，表面硬度达到洛氏硬度在HRC42-55之间，防止了因外来物体的碰撞、摩擦引起活塞杆损坏。活塞杆耳环采用45号钢锻造毛坯再经过钻孔、镗孔加工而成，强度和密实度都较高，保证有足够的抗拉强度。挖掘机液压油缸的运动速度比较快，所以在油缸的前端和尾端都有缓冲装置，防止液压油缸在运行时产生冲击，保护了油缸和挖掘机的大臂，延长了使用寿命，同时也可以使挖掘机的运动更平滑柔和。
