   立柱拆装机是针对煤矿综采液压支架主要配件-液压油缸的维修时拆装使用。此液压立柱因为长期在阴暗潮湿的恶劣环境下使用，所以立柱液压缸的导向套螺母一般锈蚀严重，依靠人工极难拆卸。我公司针对这种立柱液压缸的拆卸、装配难的问题，专门设计研制了专用于液压立柱拆装设备。它广泛的应用于端盖为罗纹联接的各种综采液压立柱和其它大型液压缸。

   液压立柱拆装机主要结构包括：机架、滑轨、工件夹紧机构、液压系统、螺母拆松机构和液压马达旋转拆装螺母结构（选装，适合有大螺帽的液压缸）。具有拆卸扭矩大、可灵活调节拆卸力、操作方便灵活、电液辅助控制的特点。可轻松完成人工无法完成的工作，只需要工人吊装工件即可，使工作轻松、安全、效率高。

SNL-500 Vertical Hydraulic Column Disassembly and Assembly Machine:

The column dismantling machine is designed for the dismantling and installation of hydraulic cylinders, which are the main components of hydraulic supports for coal mine comprehensive mining, during maintenance. Due to long-term use in harsh, dark, and humid environments, the guide sleeve nuts of the hydraulic cylinder of this hydraulic column are generally severely corroded and difficult to disassemble manually. Our company has specially designed and developed a hydraulic column disassembly and assembly equipment to address the difficulty of disassembling and assembling this type of column hydraulic cylinder. It is widely used in various fully mechanized hydraulic columns and other large hydraulic cylinders with ribbed end caps.

The main structure of the hydraulic column disassembly machine includes: frame, slide rail, workpiece clamping mechanism, hydraulic system, nut loosening mechanism, and hydraulic motor rotating disassembly nut structure (optional, suitable for hydraulic cylinders with large nuts). It has the characteristics of high disassembly torque, flexible adjustment of disassembly force, easy and flexible operation, and electro-hydraulic auxiliary control.
