   我公司新研制的一种新型爬壁式水下船舶清理机器人,由履带行走机构、液压动力单元、清理机械手等构成。主要用于在水下对船舶进行检查、微修、清理藤壶或其它附着物等工作。行走机构采用电永磁式吸附式履带,可稳定牢固地吸附于钢制船舶的侧面、底面,还通过一个铰链可以实时改变履带与壁面的贴合角度,能够适应多种曲面壁面。设备可以遥控操作完成清理工作。和人工清理方式相比效率大大提高

Our company has newly developed a new type of wall climbing underwater ship cleaning robot, which consists of a tracked walking mechanism, hydraulic power unit, cleaning robot arm, etc. Mainly used for underwater inspection, minor repairs, cleaning of barnacles or other attachments on ships. The walking mechanism adopts an electric permanent magnet adsorption type track, which can stably and firmly adsorb on the side and bottom of steel ships. It can also change the real-time adhesion angle between the track and the wall through a hinge, and can adapt to various curved wall surfaces. The device can be remotely operated to complete cleaning work. Compared to manual cleaning methods, the efficiency is greatly improved.
